So tomorrow I’ll start the squat Challenge and some other challenges. And ohh.. I wanna stop eating cake, ice cream, candy (dark chocolate is allowed) and drinking soda. This is a huge deal for me, because I have a big sweet tooth. I’ll at least try for two weeks and see how it goes. I’ll make sure to let let everyone know how the training and healthy eating is going every day!
